Kenova Elementary is located in
Wayne County near
West Virginia, home of
Marshall University. The KES
staff of fifty-four services approximately 400 preschool through fifth grade
students who will go to Ceredo-Kenova Middle School and on to
Spring Valley High School.
KES strives to cultivate each and every student's
strength through a comprehensive curriculum and to encourage each student to
think creatively, care deeply, and act wisely. Our staff and
administration are dedicated to sharing the responsibility of modeling and
teaching essential academic and life skills through teamwork with both students and their families. We
truly believe that, by encouraging parent involvement in each
student's educational path, we are allowing students to achieve success at
much higher levels. Not only is KES creating better students, but also
we truly are a center of unity for our community, the
City of Kenova.

Kenova Elementary collected 1710
cans for the Good Samaritan Center in Kenova. They were turned in to Mr.
Tom Knopp, who runs the Center on December 16, 2014.
